Lead delivery of hospital-based entertainment and family concierge programs, manage a team of five, ensure safe, inclusive, trauma-informed services, maintain stakeholder relationships, drive service quality, reporting, continuous improvement, and coordinate with hospital staff, volunteers and suppliers to support children, young people and families during hospital stays.
