Provide mental health assessments, individual therapy, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational groups for unaccompanied children (UC). Collaborate with Case Managers, document in UC Portal, develop post-release plans, support discharge/transfer, and maintain compliance with CHP, OCFS, and ORR policies. Participate in on-call rotation and professional development.

Support and maintain the organization's Corporate Compliance Program with emphasis on Medicaid compliance, billing integrity, audits, risk assessment, staff education, corrective actions, regulatory preparedness, and reporting. Collaborate across leadership, finance, clinical, and operations; manage compliance concerns, training, records requests, and prepare compliance metrics and reports.

Provide casework services for youth and families in the Empower program: coordinate services, court and school representation, maintain case records, develop permanency plans, arrange visits, make referrals, collaborate with clinicians, and participate in team meetings and mandated trainings.
