Manage billing cycles, accounts receivable, data entry, invoicing, payment application, and general ledger transactions. Prepare financial and census reports, assist with fiscal year-end audit schedules, maintain petty cash and purchases, analyze financial data, and support process improvements within a nonprofit foster care environment.

Oversee the Unaccompanied Children Long-Term Foster Care program, ensuring compliance with ORR, OCFS, state, and agency requirements. Supervise case management and clinical operations, monitor youth safety and wellbeing, oversee education, life-skills, training, documentation, referrals, unification, and discharge processes, and coordinate with internal departments, reviewers, and federal representatives.

Oversee and coordinate all educational services for youth in LTFC and Child Welfare programs. Serve as primary liaison with schools, secure appropriate placements, manage on-site/contracted services, coordinate enrollments/discharges, attend CSE/IEP meetings, maintain educational records, and advocate for students requiring 504/IEP supports and English language services.
