Provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed mental health assessments, individual therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducational groups, and case planning for unaccompanied children. Collaborates with case managers, Lead Clinician, ORR, and families or sponsors; maintains clinical documentation and case records; coordinates discharge and post-release services; supports reunifications; and participates in on-call responsibilities and professional development.

Provides home-based preventive case management to children and families, including safety assessments, goal setting, transportation, community referrals, evidence-based interventions, family visits, documentation, and coordination with schools and service providers. The role supports court-ordered services, child safety, family stability, community reintegration, and developmental and behavioral health needs while tracking outcomes and participating in supervision.

Oversee and coordinate all educational services for youth in LTFC and Child Welfare programs. Serve as primary liaison with schools, secure appropriate placements, manage on-site/contracted services, coordinate enrollments/discharges, attend CSE/IEP meetings, maintain educational records, and advocate for students requiring 504/IEP supports and English language services.
