Provide trauma-responsive supervision and care for youth in a residential shelter. Assist the Supervisor with staff orientation, scheduling, evaluations, and daily operations. Oversee staff and youths during shifts, maintain headcounts, coordinate activities, manage physical environment and personal needs, complete administrative tasks, and act in Supervisor's absence. Participate in quality reviews and report shift activities.

Support and maintain the Corporate Compliance Program with emphasis on Medicaid compliance, billing audits, risk assessments, policy development, staff training, tracking corrective actions, and assisting with internal/external reviews and investigations.

Oversee and coordinate educational services for youth in LTFC and Child Welfare programs. Serve as primary liaison with schools, secure placements, manage on-site/contracted services, attend C.S.E./IEP meetings, ensure timely enrollment, maintain educational records, and advocate for students needing 504/IEP or ELL supports.
