Provide trauma-responsive supervision and care for youth in a residential shelter. Assist the Supervisor with staff orientation, scheduling, evaluations, and daily operations. Oversee staff and youths during shifts, maintain headcounts, coordinate activities, manage physical environment and personal needs, complete administrative tasks, and act in Supervisor's absence. Participate in quality reviews and report shift activities.

Support and maintain the Corporate Compliance Program with emphasis on Medicaid compliance, billing audits, risk assessments, policy development, staff training, tracking corrective actions, and assisting with internal/external reviews and investigations.

Provide mental health assessments, individual therapy, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational groups for unaccompanied children (UC). Collaborate with Case Managers, document in UC Portal, develop post-release plans, support discharge/transfer, and maintain compliance with CHP, OCFS, and ORR policies. Participate in on-call rotation and professional development.
