Lead strategic HR functions for the nonprofit, partnering with the CEO and senior team to manage workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR operations, and supervise HR staff while ensuring legal and accreditation compliance.

Supervise and develop nurse home visitors and support staff, ensure program fidelity and compliance, manage data and caseloads (carry 10–12 families), build community partnerships, oversee documentation and reporting, participate in meetings and budget/contract monitoring, and provide reflective supervision and professional development. Local and statewide travel to support staff and families required.

Lead and manage a residential therapeutic program for youth, overseeing staffing, clinical and residential operations, compliance, incident review, quality improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and on-call/crisis response to ensure safe, trauma-informed services.
