Process and reconcile donations (checks, cards, online), enter gifts into Raiser's Edge and accounting system, produce donor tax receipts, resolve payment discrepancies, communicate with donors and payment processors, and use Excel for data analysis to safeguard financial integrity and reporting.

Provide front-desk and administrative support at a child advocacy center: greet visitors, answer and route multi-line phone calls, manage supplies and records, process subpoenas and donations, support leadership with onboarding and meeting logistics, assist in playroom/teen lounge with safety and meals, and coordinate with external partners including police and licensing.
