As an intern, you will provide crisis counseling, assist with training, research resources, and support hotline services for help-seekers.

Lead front desk operations, coach administrative staff and volunteers, manage data/EHR reporting and documentation compliance, assist billing and grant reporting, oversee inventory and basic facility needs, and provide trauma-informed client support and community/ donor engagement when needed.

Process and reconcile donations (checks, cards, online), enter and maintain records in Raiser's Edge and accounting systems, prepare tax receipts, resolve payment discrepancies, and produce reports using Excel to ensure data integrity and donor stewardship.
