Leads IT support operations across a multi-site healthcare organization, managing teams, vendors, infrastructure reliability, endpoint security, system implementations, and regulatory compliance. Partners with clinical and administrative leaders to support EHRs, telehealth, medical devices, and other healthcare technologies. Oversees training, service-level performance, upgrades, backups, access management, strategic planning, and operational improvement while protecting patient information under HIPAA and HITECH requirements.

Provides mobile, face-to-face crisis intervention and short-term clinical care for adults, youth, and families. Assesses risk, conducts mental health examinations, develops safety plans, delivers brief therapeutic interventions, coordinates referrals, and determines appropriate dispositions with clinical leadership and psychiatric consultation. The role includes call-center triage, post-crisis follow-up, documentation, supervision, overnight and weekend coverage, emergency response, and travel throughout assigned catchment areas.

The Clinician provides psychotherapy and behavioral health services, performing assessments and therapy for individuals and families, maintaining documentation, and coordinating care while working in various settings.
