Teams at Child Development Schools

Oversee daily childcare center operations, including staff scheduling, attendance tracking, coverage, compliance, records, collections, administrative tasks, and financial support. Assist with family tours, enrollment, staff development, retention, and operational coordination. Partner with the Center Director to maintain safety, licensing compliance, documentation accuracy, enrollment growth, employee engagement, and efficient center performance.

Completes a three-month training program to become a School Director, gaining hands-on experience in hiring, staff leadership, budgeting, marketing, curriculum, scheduling, family relations, compliance, facility safety, billing, payroll, and school operations. Supports childcare center activities as needed, including cooking, cleaning, and classroom assistance.

Lead Teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate activities, maintains a safe and compliant classroom, observes and documents child development, communicates progress with families, and completes attendance, incident, and assessment records. The role supports children’s social, emotional, and educational growth while collaborating with families and teaching staff.
