Support the Center Director in daily operations, staff scheduling, compliance, and classroom quality. Conduct walkthroughs and coaching, maintain child and staff records, handle routine parent communication and tours, assist onboarding and staff accountability, and provide supervisory coverage as needed.

Support the Center Director by managing daily operations, staff schedules, classroom ratios, compliance and reporting, parent communication, staff onboarding and coaching, and provide supervisory coverage. Ensure program quality, safety, and documentation while participating in center opening/closing and budgeted supply ordering.

Coach and support teachers across assigned centers through classroom observations, coaching, curriculum planning (HighReach), and use of assessment tools (ITERS/ECERS/SACERS) to improve classroom quality, train new staff, and foster positive family and staff engagement.
