Coach and support teachers across assigned centers through classroom observations, feedback, and mentoring. Implement and improve HighReach Learning curriculum, evaluate environments using ITERS/ECERS/SACERS, assist with new employee training, and foster inclusive, family-centered classroom practices to improve program quality and retention.

Lead and manage an early childhood center: ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance; grow enrollment through outreach and marketing; oversee staffing, budgeting, parent communications, and daily operations; foster a supportive learning environment and strong community relationships.

Support the Center Director in daily operations, staff scheduling, classroom monitoring, compliance and documentation, parent communications, onboarding and staff coaching, and provide supervisory coverage as needed to ensure safe, high-quality childcare.
