Coaches early childhood educators across multiple centers by observing classrooms, providing feedback, supporting curriculum implementation, evaluating learning environments, mentoring new staff, and promoting quality interactions with children and families. The role also supports training, teacher retention, program improvement, and center morale while requiring knowledge of child development, lesson planning, and classroom assessment tools.
