Child Development Schools Benefits Overview

Coaches and supports early childhood educators across multiple centers by observing classrooms, providing feedback, improving curriculum implementation, assessing learning environments, mentoring new staff, and promoting positive teacher-child and family experiences. The role requires strong knowledge of child development, lesson planning, classroom assessment, adult coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Conducts compliance audits and onsite reviews across assigned markets and regions. Evaluates adherence to policies, procedures, regulations, and operational standards; identifies trends and systemic risks; prepares audit reports; recommends improvements; maintains confidential records; and escalates significant findings to executive leadership. The role partners with field leaders and cross-functional teams while traveling approximately 90% of the time.

Leads an early education school’s personnel, culture, regulatory compliance, safety, educational quality, family engagement, enrollment growth, finances, and daily operations. Recruits and develops staff, maintains licensing and health standards, oversees classroom quality and facilities, manages tuition collection and P&L performance, analyzes operating data, conducts family tours and outreach, and collaborates with district and school leadership.
