Support the Center Director by managing daily operations, staff schedules, classroom ratios, compliance and reporting, parent communication, staff onboarding and coaching, and provide supervisory coverage. Ensure program quality, safety, and documentation while participating in center opening/closing and budgeted supply ordering.

Coach and support teachers across assigned centers through classroom observations, coaching, curriculum planning (HighReach), and use of assessment tools (ITERS/ECERS/SACERS) to improve classroom quality, train new staff, and foster positive family and staff engagement.

Lead and manage an early childhood center, ensuring health, safety, licensing compliance, and positive culture. Drive enrollment, oversee daily operations (staffing, budgeting, communications), develop engaging programs, and build strong family and community relationships while supporting staff growth.
