The Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator will co-facilitate group programs focused on therapeutic recreation, supporting social skills, emotional regulation, and mental health needs of youth clients.

Provide broad HR support in a unionized, mission-driven nonprofit: recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee and labour relations, disability and leave administration, accommodations, HR operations, policy interpretation, reporting, and continuous improvement across HR programs.

Provide consultation and supports for ~25 children with extra needs in licensed childcare centres. Conduct observations, screenings, individualized plans, training, referrals, service coordination, documentation, and onsite visits across midtown Toronto.
