Lead adoption and development of automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Platform. Design and maintain automated workflows and AI Agents, provide Tier 1/2 IT support for Microsoft 365 and devices, create training and documentation, collaborate on process improvement and SharePoint initiatives, and promote responsible AI governance across the agency.

Provide administrative support to the COO, executive team, and Board. Manage documents and reports, coordinate meetings and travel, assist with data gathering/analysis, prepare minutes and presentations, maintain records, receive visitors, and streamline office workflows while modeling cultural sensitivity.

Provide intake, assessments, service plans, and coordinated case management for an assigned caseload in an emergency shelter. Maintain accurate documentation, support reunification with family or sponsors, and ensure children's safety and well-being.
