Provide administrative support to the COO, executive team, and Board. Manage documents and reports, coordinate meetings and travel, assist with data gathering/analysis, prepare minutes and presentations, maintain records, receive visitors, and streamline office workflows while modeling cultural sensitivity.

Provide intake, assessments, service plans, and coordinated case management for an assigned caseload in an emergency shelter. Maintain accurate documentation, support reunification with family or sponsors, and ensure children's safety and well-being.

Support Kinship families by providing guidance through licensing, court hearings, and home visits, ensuring a safe environment for youth in foster care.
