Teams at Child Crisis Arizona

Supports kinship families involved in foster care and adoption through licensing, guardianship, courtesy supervision, navigation, home visits, meetings, court hearings, and required documentation. Partners with the Department of Child Safety and community stakeholders to promote safe, stable homes for youth. Requires regular travel throughout Maricopa County, family engagement, case coordination, critical thinking, and familiarity with child welfare resources.

Administers and tracks background checks for employees, volunteers, interns, and contractors supporting the ORR program. Reviews results, escalates findings, maintains confidential records, coordinates with screening vendors, communicates with applicants, monitors regulatory requirements, updates HR policies, and supports audits, licensing visits, onboarding, and personnel compliance.

Support Kinship families by providing guidance through licensing, court hearings, and home visits, ensuring a safe environment for youth in foster care.
