Teams at Chico's FAS

Manages apparel product development and sourcing from supplier allocation through delivery. Coordinates target costs, delivery commitments, supplier calendars, production issue resolution, development samples, and onboarding of new suppliers, countries, and factories. Partners with internal and external stakeholders, supports supplier meetings, and maintains strong supplier relationships.

Produces and delivers polished marketing assets across in-store, website, email, social, and advertising channels. Responsibilities include image retouching, preflight, file preparation, mechanical mock-ups, template and workflow development, brand-standard compliance, accessibility checks, and collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams. The role requires managing multiple production deadlines while maintaining creative integrity, technical accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Develops sweater products and seasonal design direction across concepting, fabrics, silhouettes, artwork, samples, assortments, and line presentations. Coordinates with merchandising, sourcing, technical design, and other cross-functional teams to meet development timelines, margin requirements, and brand standards. Shops stores for trends, supports fit sessions and design meetings, and provides team leadership. Requires strong knowledge of fit, fabrics, finishes, trims, and garment construction.
