Chickaloon Native Village

Chickaloon Native Village is a federally recognized Ahtna Athabascan tribal government in Southcentral Alaska, governed by the Chickaloon Village Traditional Council. It works to perpetuate ancestral beliefs, customs, traditions, and values while stewarding the environment and helping citizens and communities thrive. Its programs span cultural and historic preservation, Ahtna language, education, health and social services, housing, environmental stewardship, transportation, justice, and public safety.
