Chicago Shakespeare Theater Benefits Overview

Manages the theater’s IT infrastructure, cloud systems, networks, servers, workstations, applications, cybersecurity, backups, communications systems, and help desk. Oversees user onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting, training, vendor and MSP relationships, technology budgets, contracts, and technology planning. Maintains Tessitura systems and supports interfaces with theater, facilities, and building technologies. The role is primarily onsite, with on-call and occasional after-hours responsibilities.

Leads daily operations across a performing arts campus, overseeing facilities, custodial, IT, safety, compliance, vendors, budgets, inventory, and capital projects. Ensures venue readiness, building maintenance, emergency preparedness, event setup, regulatory compliance, and excellent patron experiences. Manages staff hiring, training, scheduling, procurement, contracts, technology expenditures, and cross-functional operational processes while supporting strategic planning, grant reporting, and an inclusive workplace.
