The Data Scientist will advance baseball analytics by developing machine learning models, innovating analytical approaches, and extracting actionable insights from complex data.

Lead and standardize the Cubs' English language and formal education programs across the Dominican Republic, Arizona, and affiliates. Design curriculum, set instructional standards, assess English proficiency, manage operations and budgets, coach educators and vendors, partner with player development stakeholders, and travel regularly between complexes to ensure program alignment and continuous improvement for minor-league players.
