Supports amateur scouting operations through prospect data management, draft preparation, data auditing, pre-draft workout coordination, and player evaluation support. Maintains accurate player records, performs data entry and quality-control reviews, resolves discrepancies, prepares reports, and coordinates scouting information across departments. The role also assists with special projects, process improvements, and extensive travel to amateur baseball events during scouting season.
