Teams at Chicago Botanic Garden

Supports nonprofit accounting through grant accounting, financial reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations, cash controls, audit preparation, and compliance reporting. Monitors grant budgets, expenditures, billing, and deadlines; prepares reimbursement requests and supporting schedules; maintains accurate general ledger records; and collaborates with finance and program staff. The role also cross-trains across accounting functions and supports the Controller with departmental financial operations.
