Lead federal and multistate income tax compliance, ASC 740 provision, partnership and indirect tax functions for a 13-entity consolidated group. Manage tax planning, audits, controversy, cross-functional collaboration, external audit liaison, and develop the tax team while driving process and technology improvements.

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team for healthcare staffing, drive sales results, coach and mentor consultants, report on performance, and initially sell to learn the business. Support hiring, training, performance management, and sales analytics while working hybrid from the Raleigh office.
