Administers Salesforce and the broader sales technology stack, maintaining user access, workflows, data hygiene, KPI dashboards, automations, and process documentation. Supports platform rollouts, UAT, AI tool adoption, training, and coordination with product and engineering teams. Requires strong process management, communication, CRM administration, dashboard development, and technology-change support skills.

Own recurring sales reporting, KPI dashboards, scorecards, business review packets, and ad hoc analysis. Validate data from FOX and other systems, automate reporting workflows using Claude and AI tools, and maintain reporting documentation. The role supports sales leadership and frontline teams by translating data into concise insights and improving reporting accuracy, consistency, and speed.

Manage relationships with healthcare clients using Locumsmart’s VMS platform. Guide clients through workflows, drive feature adoption, develop strategic account plans, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate stakeholders, monitor satisfaction and retention, and communicate client feedback to internal product teams.
