Manage and grow large enterprise healthcare staffing accounts, lead Account Managers, build C-suite relationships, negotiate contracts, develop customized solutions, drive revenue and retention, deliver client presentations, and collaborate across divisions. The role requires strategic account planning, sales leadership, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and travel for face-to-face client meetings.
