Perform all phases of wood framing for renovation, repair, and new-construction across resort properties. Read blueprints, repair structural components, ensure code compliance, operate tools, coordinate with trades and supervisors, support seasonal projects, and maintain safe, organized job sites.

Sell and grow group business for a luxury mountain resort by soliciting leads, conducting site tours, preparing proposals/contracts/BEOs, coordinating with internal teams for flawless event execution, meeting booking targets, and maintaining high-touch client relationships.
