Lead the resort's accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with executive and departmental leaders to provide timely financial insights, manage risk and compliance, and build and develop the accounting team to support service-driven operations.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and social events by serving as primary client liaison, preparing and verifying Banquet Event Orders, coordinating setup with internal teams (Banquets, Culinary, AV, Facilities), troubleshooting onsite issues, maintaining event records, and supporting billing and scheduling to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Sell and grow group business for a luxury mountain resort by soliciting leads, conducting site tours, preparing proposals/contracts/BEOs, coordinating with internal teams for flawless event execution, meeting booking targets, and maintaining high-touch client relationships.
