Jobs at Chesterfield Township Library

Maintains the library’s financial records and accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, banking, payroll, benefits and pension contributions. Assists with budgets, financial reporting, audits, grants and donations tracking, and board meeting materials. Oversees accounting procedures, files, vendor records, office supplies and records retention while providing confidential fiscal and administrative support to the Library Director.
