Assists the principal with instructional and operational leadership for an elementary school. Supervises and directs teachers and support staff, evaluates instructional programs, coordinates curriculum and professional development, supports staffing and recruitment, manages schedules and budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, communicates with families and the community, and oversees extracurricular activities and selected facilities work. Requires independent decision-making and preparation for future principalship.

Provides technical, administrative, and onsite support for school testing programs. Responsibilities include training staff, troubleshooting testing software, managing secure paper-test logistics and inventory, maintaining data accuracy and user accounts, resolving test alerts, coordinating assessments for special education and private placement facilities, responding to stakeholders, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The role requires confidentiality, independent judgment, regulatory compliance, strong communication, spreadsheet and data-management skills, and occasional travel to school locations.
