Provides classroom, academic, clerical, and supervisory support in a public school. Assists teachers with small-group and individual instruction, helps students with academic subjects, supervises students in classrooms and common areas, prepares materials, maintains records, and supports attendance, ordering, and general office tasks. Requires a high school diploma, relevant training or experience, communication skills, basic clerical ability, and the ability to work professionally with students, staff, and parents.

Provides instructional leadership and coaching to teachers and administrators, supporting curriculum implementation, student-engaged assessment, technology integration, and personalized learning. Analyzes student performance data, models instructional practices, delivers professional development, supports learning management systems, and collaborates with school and district teams on continuous improvement and district-wide training.

Administers employee benefits, ADA accommodations, FMLA and other leave programs, insurance, COBRA, retirement processing, disability transitions, and open enrollment. Provides confidential guidance to employees, retirees, managers, vendors, and service providers; prepares reports and communications; conducts retirement counseling and benefits training; ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.
