Assist the principal in providing instructional and operational leadership for an elementary school. Duties include administering and evaluating instructional programs, coordinating curriculum and staffing, leading professional development, managing budgets and schedules, communicating with parents and community, overseeing extracurriculars and summer facilities work, and participating in hiring and compliance activities.

Performs payroll and time-and-attendance accounting tasks: monitors and corrects attendance records, researches leave and pay discrepancies, processes payroll deductions and transfers, assists employees with payroll onboarding and inquiries, supports year-end tax forms, and collaborates with payroll team and external agencies to ensure accurate payroll operations.

Provide one-on-one and group instructional and classroom support to students with IEPs under a special education teacher's direction. Implement IEP accommodations, assist with personal care and medical-related supports (e.g., Hoyer lift, tube feeding, seizure intervention) as trained, supervise students on buses and during breaks, perform clerical tasks, document progress, and participate in required trainings and background checks.
