Teams at Chess Wizards

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping: collect and organize receipts, allocate expenses, reconcile bank accounts, enter vendor bills and invoices into QuickBooks, maintain digital financial records, and support finance team projects and audits.

Assist instructors in teaching chess and supervising campers in a safe, fun summer day-camp. Help with set-up, clean-up, drop-off/pick-up, recreational activities, mini-tournaments, and emergency response as needed.

Assist Chess Instructors in teaching chess at day camps, supervise and engage campers with games and activities, help with drop-off/pick-up, set-up/clean-up, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
