Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains SCADA systems and HMI screens for pipeline operations. Troubleshoots PLCs/RTUs, network protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC), Cisco devices, and ensures OT/IT cybersecurity separation. Performs software/driver management, scripting for control logic, P&ID/PFD review, SOP development, data analysis for automation improvements, and supports emergency procedures and change control reviews.

Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot SCADA systems, HMIs, servers, network devices, and RTUs for pipeline operations. Develop/ update HMI screens, manage software/drivers, uphold OT/IT separation and cybersecurity, collaborate with operations and IT teams, support emergency procedures, and perform occasional RTU initial program loads.

Lead oversight of capital project cost management, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Drive process improvements, coordinate workloads, support project and finance teams, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on budget and schedule.
