Manages utility rate mechanisms, cost-of-service studies, revenue requirements, tariff programs, financial forecasts, and regulatory proceedings. Leads rate strategy, develops testimony and filings for state and federal regulators, collaborates with finance, legal, and operations, and oversees regulatory analysis and revenue modeling staff. Ensures cost recovery, appropriate pricing, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder relationships.

Owns SAP S/4HANA cost allocation, project accounting, WBS structures, statistical key figures, labor rates, and financial system administration. The role validates allocation drivers, manages master data and security roles, performs reconciliations and variance analysis, supports FERC and regulatory compliance, and leads testing for system enhancements. It partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Regulatory Affairs, HR, IT, and operational stakeholders in a regulated utility environment.

Leads enterprise employee benefits and multi-state leave programs, including health, welfare, retirement, disability, and workers’ compensation administration. Manages vendors, compliance, financial reconciliation, reporting, employee communications, and complex leave cases. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Risk Management, and vendors to improve processes, maintain regulatory compliance, support system integrations, and optimize program costs and employee experience.
