Construction internship supporting project managers and estimating teams with planning, budgeting, documentation, walkthroughs, progress tracking, safety and quality reporting, material coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily records. Interns gain hands-on field and office experience while working alongside skilled construction professionals across commercial projects.

Manages bid coordinators and supports the preconstruction department through assignment delegation, quality management, training, onboarding, and performance reviews. Serves as the subject matter expert and technology account manager for BuildingConnected and Procore, resolving issues, managing updates, creating reports, and maintaining procedures. Provides administrative and scheduling support to preconstruction leadership while maintaining workload, pricing, forms, and training materials.

Manages business development and marketing initiatives, including lead qualification, CRM management, market and competitor research, relationship support, social media, content, campaigns, proposals, presentations, calendars, and industry events. Coordinates communication among business development, marketing, preconstruction, and operations teams while supporting executives and strengthening brand visibility and client engagement.

Supports safety across commercial construction projects by implementing safety programs, reviewing subcontractor plans, maintaining documentation, conducting inspections and mock OSHA investigations, monitoring compliance through Procore, identifying hazards, and delivering safety training. The role also coordinates with project teams, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
