Leads the bank’s enterprise payments ecosystem across ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, card, and emerging payment rails. Owns strategy, operations, vendors, infrastructure, KPIs, compliance, risk frameworks, and third-party sender programs. Partners with treasury, AML, fraud, compliance, technology, and operations teams to support continuous payment services, liquidity needs, customer growth, and regulatory readiness. Builds payment programs, negotiates contracts, presents business cases, and represents the function during audits and examinations.

Manages commercial loan processing from applicant interviews and financial analysis through loan packaging, terms, conditions, and recommendations. Maintains compliance with lending policies and risk-management processes, provides loan status and product reports to management, improves lending services and strategies, and promotes the institution through community and business activities.
