The role investigates account takeover, identity theft, card, ACH, wire, and P2P fraud while maintaining compliance with BSA, OFAC, FACTA, Regulation E, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements. It also assists with regulatory reviews, loss recovery, employee guidance, and risk communication.

Manage a portfolio of business clients by reviewing invoices, processing funding and payments, monitoring credit risk, managing reserves, preparing reports, and handling account documentation. Build relationships with business owners, accounting staff, and account debtors while providing responsive service. Ensure compliance, confidentiality, lockbox procedures, credit limits, invoice verification, ACH and wire transfers, and daily operational reporting are completed accurately.

Performs deposit operations functions including core banking start- and end-of-day processing, transaction balancing, check adjustments, account and customer maintenance, debit card processing, non-posted items, regulatory requests, reconciliations, tax files, garnishments, and compliance support. Provides customer and departmental assistance, resolves issues, monitors files, supports software updates and projects, and follows banking policies, regulations, and risk-management procedures.
