Analyzes business processes, designs and configures application solutions, troubleshoots complex system issues, and leads implementations, integrations, testing, and deployments. Patrol and monitor casino property, operate security and alarm equipment, respond to emergencies, provide first aid, assist with evacuations, handle gaming drops, document incidents, dispatch personnel, and resolve guest or employee issues. The role requires defensive tactics, handcuffing, CPR/AED, first aid, emergency response training, flexible scheduling, and occasional operation of a bicycle or company vehicle.

Assist the Starter with safely loading and holding horses in and around starting gates. Protect horses and jockeys throughout the race-start process, react calmly in high-pressure situations, and collaborate with the starting gate team. The role requires horse-handling aptitude, physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerance for demanding racetrack environmental conditions.
