Supervise casino cage and player services staff while ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant financial transactions. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance management, resolving guest issues, overseeing rewards programs, auditing cash and inventory, verifying deposits, preparing winnings checks, maintaining reports, and enforcing Title 31 and other regulatory requirements.

Deals poker cards accurately while supervising dealers, supporting staffing and performance decisions, managing poker room opening and closing, monitoring table security and rule compliance, reporting irregular play, assisting guests, and enforcing safety policies. Requires casino poker dealing experience, leadership, guest service skills, gaming licensing, and completion of CNE Gaming Academy training.

Summer interns gain hands-on experience within assigned departments across Cherokee Nation Entertainment’s casino, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and related operations. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations and projects, collaborating across departments and properties, contributing measurable results, participating in professional development and networking, and representing CNE professionally. Applicants must be Cherokee Nation citizens enrolled in a four-year college or university with at least a 3.0 GPA and strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and initiative.
