Selective leadership development program featuring four six-month rotations across corporate functions, hands-on projects, executive exposure, training, mentorship, and networking. Participants build analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities before transitioning into a permanent role or continuing with additional rotations.

Nine-week paid summer internship for Cherokee Nation citizens enrolled in four-year colleges. Interns contribute to real projects across business functions including finance, IT, real estate, marketing, HR, legal, economic development, and cultural initiatives, while receiving mentorship, professional training, networking opportunities, and possible housing support.

Leads complex technology projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional teams. Supports enterprise AI adoption by administering a private AI environment, onboarding and configuring models and tools, testing AI functionality, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining documentation, and providing governance and reporting. Coordinates with IT, cybersecurity, data, vendors, business units, and leadership. The role includes on-call shifts, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight travel.
