Create motion graphics, videos, and visual stories for fintech products, launches, social campaigns, performance marketing, websites, and investor communications. Responsibilities include live-action editing, storyboarding, animation, sound design, adapting content for multiple digital channels, and managing end-to-end video production. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, and Content teams to simplify complex financial concepts while maintaining brand consistency and driving user engagement.

Own lending product roadmaps across application, eligibility, disbursal, repayment, and collections. Translate RBI regulations, KYC, and risk requirements into product specifications; partner with engineering, design, compliance, credit, and lending institutions to launch features. Analyze funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics, run A/B tests, improve user experiences, manage partner relationships, and present product insights to leadership.

Build and ship scalable native iOS applications using Swift. Responsibilities include designing reusable components, developing polished interfaces, integrating REST APIs, optimizing performance, implementing testing and observability, supporting CI/CD and release automation, applying mobile security practices, and contributing to architecture, code reviews, debugging, and cross-functional product delivery.

Develop and release Android applications using Kotlin, integrate mobile apps with REST services, apply Android UI and Material Design principles, and collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders. The role includes supporting development across front-end, middle-tier, and back-end systems, leveraging DevOps for testing and deployment, applying security principles, and managing app signing, publishing, release processes, and Play Store compliance.

Manage legal and regulatory operations across payments, UPI, credit cards, and lending products.
