Teams at CHEP

Analyze demand, inventory, production, and transportation plans to optimize the European supply chain. Manage forecasts, stock levels, capacity, relocation flows, and S&OP activities while reducing costs and maintaining service levels. Use SAP, JDA, Excel, Power BI, and related tools to develop scenarios, monitor performance, identify savings opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with sales, finance, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams in an international, non-remote environment.

Provides customer and administrative support at a CHEP customer site. Responsibilities include account and stock reconciliation, query and issue resolution, order and collection processing, Salesforce case management, documentation, customer relationship management, pallet inspection and sorting, site visits, and escalation of noncompliance issues. The role also supports helpdesk activities, reporting, office administration, and operational coordination.

Operate a CHEP box truck to complete daily less-than-truckload pallet deliveries and collections at customer locations. Maintain DOT and safety compliance, optimize routes, document delivery data, resolve customer issues, and support customer growth. Collaborate with internal teams on operational improvement projects and train fellow representatives. The role requires independent work, physical lifting, customer relationship building, and strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
