Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Denmark’s FMCG market. The role involves prospecting, pipeline management, commercial proposal development, negotiation, deal closing, account relationship management, and customer expansion. It also requires collaboration with finance, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams; tracking revenue, profitability, acquisition, and satisfaction KPIs; conducting market and competitor analysis; and improving sales processes and customer experience. The position is hybrid.

Manage a customer portfolio through inbound support, account health monitoring, KPI reporting, reconciliations, billing resolution, and proactive relationship management. Analyze operational and financial data, resolve root causes, improve customer satisfaction, identify revenue opportunities, promote products and self-service tools, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations. The role also supports payment collection, pallet discrepancy resolution, process improvement, and health and safety initiatives.

Leads the global development, standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of CHEP’s S+ serialization ecosystem across service centers and pallet-handling locations. Responsibilities include managing capital engineering projects, coordinating pilots, optimizing equipment and software processes, defining operating standards, overseeing installation and commissioning, managing budgets and TCO, improving operational performance, and influencing global engineering, digital, operations, and supplier teams.
