Serves as the primary Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain, leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and investment evaluations. Provides insight into labor, transport, productivity, and network costs while partnering with operational leaders on strategic decisions. Supports process improvements, reporting quality, cost-saving initiatives, and performance optimization through evidence-based recommendations.

Prospect and secure new business, develop commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage client relationships, and grow revenue. The role requires maintaining an active sales pipeline in CRM systems, meeting acquisition and revenue KPIs, conducting market and competitor research, and collaborating with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to support onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer inquiries, onboarding, account reviews, audits, and issue resolution. Analyze customer, inventory, and audit data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Present findings, prepare reports, support customer retention, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Build strong customer relationships while contributing to process improvements and business performance.
