Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of customers, resolving inquiries and disputes, managing account health, reconciling data, preparing KPI reports, and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and IT. Drive process improvements, support implementations and predictive metrics, and ensure timely fulfillment and invoice resolution to improve customer satisfaction and asset control.
