Generates healthcare membership growth by developing relationships with seniors, insurance agents, brokers, community organizations, and business partners. Plans and executes community events, conducts sales presentations, manages leads in Salesforce, develops referral channels, recovers dormant customers, and supports patient enrollment and retention. The role requires frequent local, regional, and national travel, strong communication and negotiation skills, sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Develops and optimizes Snowflake-based data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data models, SQL procedures, and BI solutions. Maintains data quality, governance, security, documentation, and scalable data architectures while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. The role also mentors junior engineers, supports real-time data processing, and enables actionable reporting and dashboards across the organization.

Manages strategic sourcing and procurement programs across multiple categories, including supplier evaluation, RFPs, negotiations, contracting, category management, inventory controls, spend analysis, and supplier performance. Leads cost-saving initiatives, supports procure-to-pay processes, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, and manages a procurement team. Requires financial modeling, analysis, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
