Provides direct inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care for senior patients, including diagnosis, treatment, testing, echocardiogram interpretation, medication management, referrals, care coordination, and follow-up. Leads cardiology care teams, mentors primary care clinicians, supports quality and population health initiatives, participates in utilization management, and assists with clinical operations across multiple centers. Requires independent medical judgment, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Provides specialized direct patient care for primarily geriatric patients, including medical histories, examinations, diagnostic testing, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescriptions, disease management education, follow-up, referrals, and detailed documentation. Collaborates with primary care and specialty providers, advises surgery or therapy when appropriate, participates in conferences, and may train center personnel. Travel within the market may reach 75%.

Supervises front desk and care facilitator staff in a medical center, managing schedules, patient flow, onboarding, coaching, performance, compliance, and VIP patient experience. Resolves escalated patient concerns, supports provider scheduling, reviews medical records and communications, troubleshoots basic technology issues, maintains supplies, and ensures operational and quality standards. Participates in hiring and fills in for front desk staff as needed.
