Provide orthopedic patient care under physician supervision: assess history and exams, order/interpret diagnostics, perform procedures (injections, suturing, wound care), document visits, develop management plans, counsel patients, maintain compliance, participate in quality programs, and collaborate with clinical teams. Significant travel required up to 75%.

Supervise and develop Medical Directors and PCP/NP teams across multiple centers while maintaining partial direct patient care (≈20%). Responsible for market clinical outcomes, P&L, talent development, quality improvement, referrals, payer/community relations, and driving clinical-operations alignment.
