Outside healthcare sales role focused on generating leads and enrolling Medicare-eligible seniors through community outreach, events, partner relationships, and presentations. Uses CRM (Salesforce) and sales tools, coordinates vendors and events, drives retention, and travels extensively to build referral networks and meet enrollment goals.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including schedule and travel management, credit card reconciliations, contact management, event coordination, and confidential correspondence. Act as primary internal/external contact and gatekeeper, ensuring timely follow-up, itinerary maintenance, and effective planning in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Partner with executive leaders and Centers of Excellence to manage enterprise programs, deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations, drive project execution, and improve Strategy team capabilities. Provide high-quality slide and data deliverables, build relationships across functions, and support prioritization and resource allocation to achieve organizational results.
