Governs recruiting, Core HR, performance, talent, succession, compensation, benefits, absence, approvals, eligibility rules, effective-dated transactions, data integrity, and compliance. Supports audits, payroll interfaces, system changes, training, documentation, and cross-functional requirements translation while maintaining SOX and regulatory controls.

Provides governance, assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement for Process Safety Management at an LNG facility. Facilitates process hazard analyses, risk assessments, incident investigations, management of change, building siting reviews, KPI analysis, self-assessments, and process safety information management. Supports PSM software tools, mentors personnel, interprets consequence modeling and QRA results, and ensures compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, API, and related regulations.
