Provides technical leadership for instrumentation and control systems at an LNG facility. Responsibilities include administering and upgrading DCS, SIS, and PLC systems; managing alarms, documentation, operator training simulators, and control logic; supporting capital projects, testing, audits, safety reviews, incident investigations, and plant optimization. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and contractors, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safe, reliable facility performance.

Supports LNG facility health, safety, and environmental programs through inspections, audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, emergency response, work permitting, and hazard monitoring. Provides safety guidance to operations and maintenance teams, maintains documentation, evaluates PPE needs, interprets gas-meter readings, and assists with safety program and regulatory initiatives. The role involves rotating shifts, outdoor and high-risk work, climbing, ship access, and emergency response responsibilities.
