Leads A/E/C proposal and qualifications pursuits for local government and federal clients. Coordinates pursuit teams, develops persuasive written content, edits proposals, creates strategic graphics, and maintains resumes, project descriptions, photography, and company information. Collaborates with technical staff on presentations and marketing materials, facilitates proposal meetings, supports public relations and client events, and manages multiple deadlines while maintaining polished visual and written quality.

Manage financial activities for civil engineering projects, including project setup, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, job costing, profitability analysis, forecasting, accounts receivable support, and collections coordination. Partner with project managers to ensure accurate coding, cost allocation, financial reporting, invoicing, and compliance with contract terms throughout the project lifecycle.
