Leads high-hazard chemical manufacturing operations, overseeing safety, compliance, production, quality, reliability, costs, and continuous improvement. Develops operations leaders, manages budgets and KPIs, ensures PSM and EHS compliance, partners with maintenance, engineering, reliability, capital projects, and supply chain teams, and executes short- and mid-term operating plans. The role drives Lean manufacturing practices, asset performance, organizational capability, and overall plant competitiveness.

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash and customer order fulfillment with SOX and import/export compliance. Onboard customers, process orders/returns, monitor deliveries, handle invoice/AR disputes, support sales for invoicing and collections, maintain customer and product master data, initiate complaint investigations, audit policies, and drive process simplification to improve customer experience and tools.

Develop predictive machine learning models and generative AI applications using Azure, Python, pandas, and scikit-learn. Build and deploy production GenAI solutions, including RAG, hybrid search, evaluations, multi-agent systems, and user interfaces. Collaborate on dataset design, statistical modeling, process-control integration, and full-stack application development. Present findings to nontechnical audiences while addressing business problems across research, finance, manufacturing, legal, and environmental safety functions.
