Supervise laboratory operations across two mineral separation and control labs. Lead laboratory technicians, schedule analytical work, oversee XRF testing, troubleshoot assay issues, review production data, and ensure accurate, timely results. Manage equipment calibration, maintenance, repairs, inventory, work orders, payroll records, safety, environmental compliance, housekeeping, and employee training. Support routine and special analyses for mineral processing operations, exploration, business teams, and external clients.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on support for workplace and process safety in high-hazard chemical operations. Develops safety management systems, conducts audits, leads incident investigations, interprets OSHA and PSM requirements, manages safe-work-practice programs, and serves as a subject matter expert for safety procedures. Partners with employees, leadership, regulatory agencies, and site committees to improve compliance, safety culture, and operational performance.

Develops and manages integrated schedules for capital projects across engineering, construction, and project phases. Responsibilities include schedule logic and sequencing, resource loading, critical path and risk analysis, performance tracking, schedule reporting, status meetings, earned value assessment, and change management. Partners with project, engineering, construction, cost engineering, and business teams to support project execution. Requires heavy industrial project scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6.
