Own a specification-led sales territory across the UK commercial HVAC market. Build relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and channel partners; identify and develop project opportunities; influence specifications with technical guidance; manage pipeline activity in Salesforce; support RFQs, BOMs, cost models, proposals, and submittals; and progress opportunities through to successful commercial outcomes.

Owns demand forecasting and leads the monthly SIOP demand review process for assigned products and markets. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to align demand, inventory, capacity, and business objectives. Monitors forecast accuracy, identifies risks, supports product launches and transitions, develops analytics, manages direct reports, and improves planning processes, systems, automation, and forecasting methodologies.

Leads an electronics-focused leak detection product development incubator from concept through commercialization. Oversees hardware, firmware, photonics, sensing interfaces, test systems, validation, manufacturing readiness, and launch execution. Manages and mentors engineering teams, establishes technical roadmaps, coordinates cross-functional and external partners, manages project risks and resources, and drives disciplined experimentation, intellectual property development, and continuous improvement.
