Teams at Chelsea Piers L.P.

Provides Level 1 technical support across Chelsea Piers locations, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware, networks, AV, telecommunications, and SaaS applications. Installs and deploys devices, supports onboarding and workstation moves, manages accounts and permissions, documents tickets, maintains knowledge bases, assists with asset management, and escalates complex issues. The role includes onsite and remote support, multi-site travel, and rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.

Serve as the primary in-house attorney providing day-to-day legal support across contracts, leases, construction, vendor and employment matters; advise senior leadership on legal risk and strategy; manage outside counsel; maintain legal files, templates, compliance, and HR support. Role may be full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week).

Lead interior architectural design for renovations and new fit-outs across Chelsea Piers facilities. Produce concept designs, drawings, specs, finish schedules, and documentation in Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and operations to maintain budgets, schedules, and construction intent through project completion.
