Teams at Chelsea Piers L.P.

Record game scores, penalties, and statistics; operate the game clock; maintain scoresheets and a clean workspace; provide customer service; build positive relationships with players and referees; report equipment issues and lost-and-found items. Must be punctual and flexible for evenings and weekends.

Run and support Chelsea Piers summer camp operations: promote and sell camp, manage registrations/payments/medical data, provide parent customer service, coordinate transportation, troubleshoot with staff, and perform assigned duties while working full summer schedule including some weekends.

Serve as the frontline representative for members, delivering friendly, efficient hospitality. Greet members, support operations, solve member issues, multitask in a fast-paced fitness environment, work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays, and perform physical tasks such as standing for a full shift and lifting up to 30 lbs.
