Chefman Benefits Overview

Provides customer support through phone, email, chat, and social media. Investigates and resolves product issues, recalls, warranty questions, returns, and sales-term inquiries. Maintains case records, prioritizes follow-ups, troubleshoots Chefman and CHEF iQ products, and collaborates with the customer service team. The role starts remotely but is expected to transition to regular onsite work in Mahwah, New Jersey, within 12 months.

Own post-launch product health for connected electromechanical kitchen appliances: analyze RMAs and support data, perform hands-on root cause analysis, drive corrective actions with suppliers and factories, build dashboards and support documentation, coordinate firmware/ECN updates, and enable customer support and cross-functional teams to reduce returns and improve field reliability.

Build and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps platforms to support model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Partner with ML engineers to enable Generative AI and LLM applications (including AWS Bedrock), improve automation, observability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency across development and production environments.
