Chefman Benefits Overview

Own post-launch product health for connected electromechanical kitchen appliances: analyze RMAs and support data, perform hands-on root cause analysis, drive corrective actions with suppliers and factories, build dashboards and support documentation, coordinate firmware/ECN updates, and enable customer support and cross-functional teams to reduce returns and improve field reliability.

Lead product discovery and define requirements for connected appliance, mobile, and cloud software. Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, firmware, UX, culinary, QA, and business teams to prioritize, measure success, and drive features from concept to launch using customer research and analytics.

Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat, social) for Chefman and CHEF iQ products; investigate and resolve issues, manage cases, handle returns/warranty/recalls, maintain records, and participate in team training and onsite meetings in Mahwah, NJ.
