Teams at Checkly

Own post-sales technical onboarding for Checkly customers, including implementation, configuration, and deploying initial monitoring. Lead engineering workshops, trainings, technical deep dives, and account meetings. Support adoption, troubleshooting, and account growth alongside sales, while creating documentation and sharing customer insights with Product Engineering and Marketing. The role requires coding and debugging skills, monitoring or automated testing experience, customer-facing communication, and occasional travel.

Build and operate reliable full-stack DevTools and AI reliability software using Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and AWS. Use AI coding agents throughout development, engage directly with developer and SRE customers, identify and solve reliability problems, own features from discovery through production, and participate in support and on-call rotations within a remote async-first team.

Own product strategy and initiatives for Checkly’s DevTools SaaS focused on AI-native software reliability. Shape the company’s perspective on monitoring AI-generated code, agent workflows, and LLM-backed features; collaborate across Product Engineering, Sales, and Marketing; engage customers and developer communities; and build technical prototypes when useful. The role requires strong developer empathy, startup experience, software development background, and comfort working remotely in an async-first environment.
