Partners with Product and technical leaders, develops senior engineers, manages performance and hiring, and makes pragmatic technical tradeoffs while maintaining enough technical context to guide architecture and operations.

Own multi-team delivery, prioritization, reliability, incident response, observability, deployment quality, and technical health. Coach engineers and technical leaders, establish accountability, manage performance, partner with Product and stakeholders, and guide pragmatic improvements to maintainability, testing, performance, and operational practices.

Lead and develop engineering teams responsible for two mature booking-management products. Own multi-team delivery, reliability, operational outcomes, incident response, technical quality, and engineering practices. Partner with Product and senior technical leaders to prioritize work, manage dependencies, improve maintainability and observability, and balance product delivery with technical health. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, support hiring, and maintain accountability for stable, secure deployments.

Own product direction, roadmap, and delivery for one or more product areas. Lead discovery, translate customer and business needs into product requirements, define success metrics, partner with engineering and design, use AI-assisted tools and prototypes to reduce ambiguity, and drive high-quality launches and iterations in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
