Own a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding through adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build strategic relationships with legal, operations, and business stakeholders; guide workflow adoption; monitor account health; lead business reviews and complex issue resolution; identify growth opportunities; collect customer insights for product teams; and drive advocacy through success stories, reviews, and testimonials.

Lead application and infrastructure security, SIEM, vulnerability management and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001/17/18). Implement security tooling (SAST/DAST, IaC controls), own customer security responses, and build AI security guardrails. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer teams to embed pragmatic, engineering-fluent security practices across a scaling AI-first SaaS platform.

Senior technical leader responsible for setting and governing product architecture across engineering streams. Own high-impact architecture decisions, embed fitness functions and quality signals, partner with data engineering for AI reference architecture, ensure tenancy/security/compliance, deliver force-multiplier initiatives, and contribute hands-on to production.
