Provides temporary, part-time Finance team support during peak periods by processing donor pledges, payments, deposits, and financial records. Performs data entry, verification, reconciliation, discrepancy review, account coordination, and documentation maintenance across databases and spreadsheets. Works with Finance and Development teams to resolve issues, protect data accuracy, maintain organized records, and reduce processing backlogs with limited supervision.

Develops and submits institutional grant proposals ranging from $50,000 to $8 million, researches funding opportunities, manages a 12- to 24-month grant pipeline, and coordinates with leadership, program, finance, and external partners. The role also supports consortium opportunities, grant reporting, compliance, funding strategy, and long-term organizational sustainability across health and community impact initiatives.

Leads integrated marketing, communications, digital engagement, demand generation, and events to support organizational growth, fundraising, sponsorships, membership, donor engagement, and national visibility. Oversees campaigns, content, digital channels, event production, performance measurement, budgets, vendors, and staff while collaborating with executive and cross-functional teams.
