Teams at Chatham University

Leads university alumni engagement strategy and execution, including events, reunions, communications, volunteer programs, mentoring, and donor cultivation. Builds relationships with diverse alumni communities locally, regionally, and nationally while coordinating with fundraising, enrollment, student affairs, career development, and marketing teams. Manages budgets, programs, volunteers, and alumni communications to strengthen institutional connections and philanthropic support.

Lead and modernize Chatham University's advancement function; build a culture of philanthropy; design and execute a capital campaign; secure major and planned gifts; re-engage alumni and foundations; lead and mentor advancement staff; serve as senior advisor to the President and Board and steward institutional relationships to drive fundraising goals.

Provides administrative and operational support for an academic department, including communications, budget monitoring, contracts, reporting, database management, scheduling, event planning, logistics, surveys, social media, and assistance to faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
