Perform in-home orientations for new homeowners explaining HVAC system components, operation, maintenance (filters, thermostats), troubleshoot minor issues, record visits, follow up, and coordinate with builders to ensure correct installations and code compliance.

Provide on-site desktop/laptop and iOS support, manage Office 365 and Active Directory tasks, perform physical installs, participate in on-call rotation, assist with technical projects, document runbooks, and collaborate with IT staff and vendors to resolve issues.
