Provide strategic nursing leadership and system-wide clinical oversight across clinic-based and outreach nursing services. Develop RN roles, education, policies, workflows, quality improvement, population health strategies, and community partnerships while supporting infection control, immunizations, and clinical supervision.

Provide primary medical services to a diverse patient population: perform exams, diagnostics, treatments, vaccinations, referrals, documentation, supervise PAs/NPs, participate in quality improvement and education.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support: greet patients, verify appointments and insurance, collect co-pays, schedule appointments and translators, enter patient demographics into the EHR, answer phones, reconcile daily receipts, ensure intake form completion, maintain waiting area, and support CHAS Health mission.

Provide ambulatory clinical pharmacy services including medication counseling, collaborative drug therapy management, monitoring and adjusting therapy, administering immunizations, ordering/analyzing labs, coordinating transitions of care, supporting quality improvement, and documenting care in the EHR with the care team.

Provide primary medical care including exams, minor procedures, diagnostic testing, prescribing treatments and vaccinations, and documenting patient care in the electronic chart. Supervise and precept physician assistant and nurse practitioner students, participate in quality improvement, credentialing, staff meetings, and community health initiatives. Support underserved populations and comply with state licensure, DEA, and credentialing requirements.

Provide primary medical care to a diverse patient population at CHAS Health clinics: conduct exams, diagnose, order tests, prescribe treatments and vaccines, refer specialists, document care, and participate in quality initiatives and staff meetings.

Provide radiologic imaging services using fixed x-ray and diagnostic equipment. Position patients, operate and maintain equipment, process and track films, document exams, perform clerical/front-desk duties, enforce radiation safety, and support patient-centered care and departmental procedures.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapeutic treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consult with primary care providers, monitor clinical outcomes, design individualized care plans, deliver crisis assessment/intervention, maintain documentation, provide staff training and supervision as assigned, and support integrated behavioral health services for underserved communities.

Provide primary medical services at CHAS Health clinics: examine and diagnose patients, order tests and imaging, perform minor procedures, prescribe treatments under physician supervision, administer immunizations, refer to specialists, document care in electronic charts, participate in quality initiatives and provider meetings, and maintain credentialing and BLS certification.

Provide radiologic imaging services using fixed x-ray equipment: position patients, perform radiographic imaging, process and track films, maintain radiation safety, complete documentation and clerical/front-desk duties, and support CHAS Health mission and patient-centered care.

Lead development and optimization of centralized clinic operational processes, including staff scheduling, staffing coordination, float/locum management, and OSS functionality. Supervise and develop staffing coordinators, collaborate with clinic administrators and operations leadership to ensure adequate staffing and patient access, drive process improvements and budget management, perform staffing analyses, and support patient-centered care and organizational goals.

Provide primary care at CHAS Health clinics: examine and diagnose patients, perform minor procedures, order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments and immunizations, refer to specialists, document care in electronic charts, participate in quality initiatives and staff meetings, and support mission-driven patient-centered services. Saturday shifts required.

Greet patients, verify information and insurance, collect copays, schedule appointments, enter demographics into EHR, answer phones, reconcile daily receipts, ensure intake form completion, arrange translators, monitor waiting areas, and perform general administrative support.

Designs and implements Microsoft SQL Server databases, ETL (SSIS), stored procedures, OLAP/cubes and data warehouse solutions. Builds and optimizes schemas, queries and cubes, performs DB tuning and monitoring, enforces database policies, and supports multiple deadline-driven projects to meet SLAs and ensure data quality.

Review clinical documentation to assign accurate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10/HCC codes; enter charges into practice management systems; research and resolve payer denials; serve as coding subject-matter expert; communicate with providers and third parties while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and meeting productivity standards.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, prescribe and manage psychotropic treatments, consult with primary care and behavioral health teams, design individualized care plans, perform crisis assessments, maintain patient records, supervise trainees as assigned, and participate in integrated care initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
