Leads marketplace accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, creditworthiness reviews, chargeback disputes, aging analysis, and cash-flow improvement. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, vendors, merchant processors, and Product to resolve discrepancies, improve payment processes, ensure compliance, support financial close, and mentor junior AR staff.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity, create accurate trip quotes, close new business, and grow repeat customer accounts. Own a book of business, handle objections, maintain disciplined follow-up, and ensure accurate CRM documentation. Use performance data to prioritize opportunities, improve conversion, and drive revenue. Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and process improvements while delivering precise, high-quality booking experiences.
