Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, senior, specialized, and high-volume searches across Operations, GTM, Product, and Engineering. Build targeted sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, manage recruiting funnels, advise senior leaders, influence hiring decisions, and deliver against aggressive hiring goals. The recruiter will also use recruiting metrics and ATS reporting to improve processes, workflows, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Provide customer support through email and phone, resolve and escalate issues, monitor live transportation trips, coordinate responses to disruptions, communicate updates, document interactions in Sprinklr, educate customers on DOT rules, and collaborate with drivers and internal operations teams. The role requires flexible night and weekend availability, strong organization, calm problem-solving, and adherence to service-level agreements.

Coordinates transportation providers and active trips, audits trip details, resolves scheduling changes and service disruptions, secures last-minute providers, monitors delays, and communicates updates. Maintains operational records, prepares provider performance reports, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with customer, sales, and operations teams. This remote entry-level role requires flexible night and weekend availability and strong customer service, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
