Manage high volumes of inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach to close new customers and expand recurring accounts. Hit conversion and revenue targets, generate accurate quotes using proprietary marketplace technology, maintain CRM and documentation, and drive repeat bookings through account development, objection handling, and data-driven decision making. Collaborate on performance reviews and solve operational issues to ensure fast, reliable bookings.
