The Channel Business Development Manager is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue through effective engagement, enablement, and sales execution.

Lead and operate HR functions across the UK, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, policy development, performance management, compensation, HR systems, analytics, and HR training to drive engagement and compliance with UK employment law.

Lead development and execution of Charterhouse's wholesale and channel go-to-market strategy. Build partner propositions, commercial models, and onboarding processes; personally drive revenue as a player‑manager; recruit and scale a channel sales team; formalise existing informal wholesale relationships; collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Administration to deliver scalable channel offerings and reporting.
