Assists the principal with school-wide educational leadership, instructional program evaluation, student discipline, staff recruitment and performance management, personnel records, stakeholder communication, enrollment goals, compliance, and daily school operations. Serves as acting principal when needed, supports student achievement initiatives, oversees school activities and behavior, and coordinates with students, families, staff, human resources, and community stakeholders.

Provides classroom instruction and student supervision when the regular elementary teacher is absent. Follows prepared lesson plans, maintains classroom routines and student behavior, documents daily activities, follows school policies, and collaborates with school staff while protecting confidential student information.

Assists the principal with school-wide leadership, educational program implementation, staff supervision, student discipline, recruiting, personnel administration, compliance, stakeholder communication, facility oversight, and school operations. Serves as acting principal when needed and supports instructional improvement through analysis of student, attendance, discipline, and assessment data.
