Assist the principal in school leadership and administration, oversee instructional programs, student discipline, staff hiring and evaluation, maintain records and facilities, support enrollment goals, coordinate communications with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Assist the Pre-K teacher with classroom management and instruction by preparing materials, working with small groups, supervising play and transitions, performing clerical and light housekeeping tasks, attending meetings and trainings, and maintaining confidentiality and safety for students.

Lead student safety, discipline, and student support while coaching and evaluating teachers, designing schedules and programming, analyzing assessment data, overseeing operations (scheduling, substitutes, reports), and providing professional development to improve instructional quality.
