Directs enterprise talent development strategy, leadership development, inclusive leadership, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, instructional design, and employee training programs. Partners with business leaders and Talent Acquisition, conducts needs assessments, develops multimedia learning materials, evaluates program outcomes, supports executive development priorities, and manages multiple organizational development initiatives. Requires strong project management, analytics, influence, and organizational development expertise.

Provides administrative support for a school office by managing the principal’s schedule, preparing documents and communications, coordinating substitute teachers, processing purchase orders, maintaining records, handling correspondence, answering phones, and supporting office operations. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, student information systems, and email.

Performs corporate accounting functions including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, vendor bill approvals, AP/AR variance reviews, income statement analysis, ledger maintenance, month-end close support, cash forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborates with departments to obtain information and ensures transactions comply with GAAP and established deadlines.
