Lead student discipline, safety, and school operations while coaching teachers, analyzing assessment data, managing schedules and substitutes, and developing enrichment programs and parent engagement.

Assist the principal in school leadership and administration to promote student development, manage staff and student discipline, oversee facilities and scheduling, support hiring and HR compliance, implement instructional programs, analyze school data, and serve as acting principal when needed.

Provide behavioral support to students, consult with teachers and parents, develop and assist with FBAs/BIPs, analyze behavioral data, run social skills groups, train staff, and support inclusion and crisis intervention efforts.
