Lead student safety, discipline, and academic support by coaching teachers, evaluating instruction, analyzing assessment data, creating schedules, supervising substitutes and student activities, coordinating parent and community engagement, and delivering professional development to improve instruction and classroom management.

As a Middle-HS Permanent Substitute, you will teach lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, maintain student behavior, and follow school policies while ensuring academic continuity.

Lead and manage national professional development and project portfolios, develop instructional resources and handbooks, create presentations and digital content, maintain a centralized resource hub, coordinate cross-functional teams, establish SOPs and project processes, support charter application and state teams, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
