Provides classroom instruction and student supervision when regular middle school teachers are absent. Reviews lesson plans, teaches prepared lessons, maintains classroom routines and student behavior, documents daily activities, follows school policies, consults school leadership as needed, and maintains confidentiality and positive relationships with staff and students.

Supports the school office by managing schedules, correspondence, records, filing, purchase orders, substitute teacher assignments, meetings, phone reception, and document preparation. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a school environment.

Supports multi-company budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial system administration. Creates Adaptive Planning reports, maintains chart-of-accounts and system hierarchies, develops budget-monitoring models, performs ad hoc analysis, builds financial models, improves processes, and supports finance leadership. May lead special projects and guide junior analysts without formal supervisory responsibility.
