Serve as the on-site educational and operational leader, setting school vision and culture; manage curriculum, instruction, personnel, budget, facilities, enrollment, compliance, community relations, and board governance to ensure student success.

Support SPED classroom teacher by supervising students, assisting with instruction in small groups, preparing materials and learning environments, performing clerical and housekeeping tasks, supervising playground and field trips, maintaining confidentiality, attending trainings and staff meetings, and operating instructional equipment to promote student academic growth and safety.

Provide enrollment, operational, and administrative support across assigned POD school sites: manage application processing and student data entry, coordinate substitute coverage, assist onboarding and payroll timekeeping support (non-processing), prepare and oversee purchase orders, support enrollment events and outreach, maintain records and front-office operations, and communicate with school leaders and marketing to meet enrollment targets.
