Charter Schools USA Benefits Overview

Manages school marketing, student enrollment, application pipelines, registration documentation, family communications, community outreach, digital campaigns, and retention initiatives. Uses CRM, SIS, social media, and marketing strategies to generate student interest, convert prospects, meet enrollment targets, and improve retention. Coordinates events, content, enrollment schedules, stakeholder training, reporting, and compliance while representing the school to families and community partners.

Leads all aspects of a charter school, including instructional programs, curriculum implementation, student safety, staff hiring and development, budgeting, facilities, compliance, scheduling, operations, and stakeholder engagement. The Principal supervises staff, supports academic achievement, manages school resources, ensures regulatory adherence, and fosters positive relationships with students, families, employees, board members, and community partners.

Supports school leaders and staff in multilingual learner programs, ESOL, dual-language initiatives, and Seal of Biliteracy pathways. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; develops processes, plans, curriculum materials, assessments, and professional development; coaches ML coordinators; analyzes student data; conducts PLCs; and supports charter applications and school improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with national, state, and school teams and travels to schools as needed.
