Teams at Charter School Associates

Provides onsite and remote technical support across school facilities, including troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, networks, printers, phones, interactive displays, and AV equipment. Installs and configures hardware and software, manages user accounts, passwords, inventories, security patches, and helpdesk tickets. Supports technology deployments, virtual learning environments, school events, and user training while maintaining network closets and documentation. Requires flexible on-call availability and collaboration with faculty, administrators, and IT leadership.

Supervise and teach classes using prepared lessons, maintain school routines, oversee student behavior during class and breaks, report daily activities, and follow school policies.

Greet visitors, manage front office phone lines, voicemail and intercom; maintain sign-in/out logs, verify emergency cards, handle mailings and bulletins, update district/state database records, and support administrators with announcements and visitor access.
