Teams at Charter Next Generation

Manages customer accounts, builds long-term relationships, coordinates product deliveries and shipments, tracks forecasts and account metrics, supports onboarding, and identifies sales-growth opportunities. Serves as the primary customer liaison with internal teams, leads communications, supports pricing and contract changes, monitors product usage, and helps execute strategies to increase revenue and retain customers.

Manage site-level HR operations, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, training, and organizational change. Conduct investigations, support audits, maintain employee data, implement corporate HR programs, and partner with managers to improve retention and workforce effectiveness at an onsite manufacturing facility.
