Lead multi-site manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence to drive safety, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategy, lead Lean/TPS transformation, manage capital and performance, build leadership capability, and ensure customer and supplier excellence across plants.

Lead functional analysis and design for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications. Partner with IT and business process experts to gather requirements, design solutions, oversee testing and implementation, mentor junior staff, and support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as needed.
