Builds, modifies, repairs, tunes, and troubleshoots vibratory feeder bowls, tooling, custom metal assemblies, and precision-fabricated components. Performs TIG and MIG welding, manual and CNC machining, grinding, polishing, precision measurement, blueprint interpretation, assembly, testing, and maintenance. Collaborates with Engineering, Automation, Production, and Maintenance to resolve mechanical issues, improve feeder reliability and throughput, support corrective actions, and maintain safe equipment operation.

Supports B2B customer order fulfillment from quoting through shipment, maintaining accurate ERP records and communicating schedules, pricing, and requirements. Coordinates with sales, shipping, production, and operations to resolve issues, expedite orders, manage customer accounts, and address quality concerns. Creates shipping documentation, monitors performance indicators, performs customer-related analytics, trains representatives, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead multiple capital projects across steel facilities from definition and business-case development through design, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and closeout. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams while delivering facility improvements, expansions, modernization, acquisitions, and asset relocations. Develop financial analyses, provide engineering solutions, coach stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
