Lead the design and execution of advanced automation and OT solutions, architecting MES and integrating systems, and manage complex automation initiatives while mentoring engineers.

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets. Supervise staff, manage staffing/equipment/training, drive continuous improvement, maintain KPIs and records, partner on budget and HR activities, and enforce environmental, quality, and safety systems.
