Processes payroll, deductions, garnishments, taxes, commissions, adjustments, journal entries, and benefit enrollments. Maintains ADP Workforce Now and employee records, coordinates with vendors and auditors, generates HR reports, handles payroll discrepancies, and supports compliance with employment laws. Also administers PTO, compensation changes, onboarding, open enrollment, and related HR processes.

Generates new business through cold calling, outreach, networking, and relationship building in wall art and apparel markets. Presents print and production services, negotiates pricing and contracts, develops sales strategies, manages client accounts, monitors market trends, collaborates with internal teams on order execution, and achieves sales targets.
